Phil is a serial entrepreneur with more than 6 years of experience in technology and logistics. He was the co-founder of the leading digital freight brokerage business in Eastern Europe — top 10 by revenue. In addition, he launched the Truck-Stop app, which is used by more than 15% of truck drivers in Eastern Europe and has more than 175,000 downloads. Recognizing the power and potential of the American supply chain, Phil is now leading the launch of Fura in the US, leveraging his formidable ambition, passion for technology, and deep knowledge of logistics to revolutionize the way the US moves freight.

Jeff is a logistics, tech, and startup veteran of over 20 years. He was the founder and CRO of Turvo, the world’s only collaborative logistics software platform. Prior to founding Turvo, he was the VP of sales and first employee at MegaCorp Logistics, a billion dollar freight brokerage. Prior to MegaCorp, Jeff was the 25th employee and served a variety of sales leadership roles at TQL, the second largest freight brokerage in the US. Jeff also advises for and invests in startups in the supply chain/logistics technology sector.

Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in logistics and technology, having led top-tier sales teams at one of the largest freight brokerages in the US, TQL, for more than a decade. Before joining Fura, he was the President of Sales at a supply chain tech startup. Throughout his career, Ryan has consistently driven organizational success and fostered a winning culture by prioritizing people and a passion for excellence. He holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is known for his strategic approach to delivering results, solving customer challenges, and assembling high-performing teams.

Arthur is a hands-on technical leader with 20+ years of experience and a proven record of achievements in complex and innovative projects in a number of industries, including edutainment parks with half a million annual visitors (KidZania), massive online services with a multi-million user base (Yango, Uber, 4game.com), and technology companies with complex hardware and software postures (StarForce). Arthur applies a result-oriented approach based on his engineering mindset, and agile methodologies synergised with a strong capacity to build and lead teams of up to 500 employees. Focused on hiring passionate, smart and emotionally intelligent people, Arthur drives decision-making based on excellent customer experience, and maximizes objectivity by using data-driven approaches to create people-oriented products and services.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Eugene is obsessed with igniting new ideas and is a team leader with a strong strategy and design background. He’s an experienced people manager with over 15 years of experience in product management, strategy, analytics, and business operations. Eugene has released 10 products with a total audience exceeding 3M active users per month, and was awarded the Red Dot Design Award as well as Apple’s Editor's Choice award.

Eugene has over a decade of experience in finance within multinational corporations. The last four years Eugene has been serving as a CFO for international companies including one of the largest American logistics providers – GXO Logistics. Prior to the CFO experience Eugene spent seven years at KPMG where he held several leading positions focusing on audit, tax and valuation of international companies. Eugene is an expert in financial performance and process improvements, taxes, reporting and risk management. Eugene is ACCA qualified and has MSc degree in Professional Accountancy from University College London.
